Food safety is the
concern of individuals and communities. Each kitchen, home, restaurant, eating
place, each barangay and province should strive to ensure the safety of each
constituent.

safety is a serious concern for all who engaged in food production. As consumer

handlers is vital. By employing proper sanitation procedure the integrity of
food borne illnesses are reduced. Thus, consumers are assured of safe and
