Food safety is the concern of individuals and communities. Each kitchen, home, restaurant, eating place, each barangay and province should strive to ensure the safety of each constituent.
            Food safety is a serious concern for all who engaged in food production. As consumer safety cannot be compromised, adherence to sanitation guidelines of food handlers is vital. By employing proper sanitation procedure the integrity of food borne illnesses are reduced. Thus, consumers are assured of safe and wholesome food. It is very food handler’s responsibility the proper way. This could only be assured through adequate education and training of food handlers on sanitation standards and guidelines.
